Ruins in the Devil's Dyke

With the sea on one side and the seemingly unending English countryside on the other, this ruin at the top of Devil's Dyke harkens back to a bygone era. 

To think of what this building has seen — from plague to Luftwaffe raids — history is everywhere around here. Mind-blowing.
